Rules for using V4L.
These terms govern how buyers, sellers, and admins use V4L rewards, payments, referrals, and support tools. V4L is a product of KMN Agri Business Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Operator and brand
V4L (Vocal for Local), including brand variations such as V4L by KMN, is owned and operated by KMN Agri Business Solutions Pvt Ltd (https://kmnagribusiness.com/). By using V4L you enter into an agreement with this company.
Buyer terms
Rewards are issued by participating shops and may expire based on shop rules. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly allowed.
Seller terms
Sellers are responsible for accurate reward rules, honoring accepted transactions, and maintaining sufficient balances or billing status for platform usage.
Referrals and bonuses
Referral rewards, joining bonuses, and cashback are subject to shop configuration, transaction acceptance, fraud review, and platform policy.
Platform usage
We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, payment failure, policy violations, or misuse of automated messaging and referral flows.
